The Music video for this movie has been tentatively nominated for a Grammy.
Sun, known for capturing the essence of Washington, D.C., in his work, sets the film in the vibrant Anacostia neighborhood. The production boasts collaborations with local talents, including artwork by Ward 8-based visual artist Luis Del Valle and a soundtrack featuring the soulful sounds of Ward 8 resident and "Blue Collar Soul" artist Jacobsoul.
Sun, a multi-talented, multi-genre artist, is a native of Anacostia and the former Creative Director of ARCH and Honfleur Gallery.
